Importance of Rent
The payment of rent is vital for both yourself and Craigdale; rent is used to pay for services such as repairs. If you do not pay rent you are breaking one of the main conditions of your tenancy.
What if my Rent Changes?
We must tell you of any changes to your rent charge at least 4 weeks before the increase take place. We will always consult with you before we make any decision about a rent charge increase. Consultation will be between November and January.
